Dr. Effrem Speaks Out on Utah's "Baby Common Core" Bill

Dr. Effrem did an interview on February 13th with Gayle Ruzicka, president of Utah Eagle Forum describing the dangers of early childhood programs that form the "cradle" part of the "cradle to career" continuum of government control and indoctrination of our children pushed through Race to the Top and the Race to the Top Early Learning Challenge grants from the federal government.
